Hyrox New Zealand is a premier fitness competition combining functional exercises and endurance challenges. What sets it apart is its innovative race format that pushes athletes to their limits, testing both physical strength and mental endurance in a single event.

HYROX is quickly becoming a new mass sports event in New Zealand, and it's easy to understand why. Kiwis love fitness and adventure, so the event is a great match for them. It doesn't matter if you are a trained athlete or a regular gym bunny wanting a new challenge. When you complete the course, the sense of accomplishment feels amazing. Participants leave feeling strong and ready to face any challenge.

If competing solo is a little daunting, then there is an option to get across the finish line as part of a relay team. Being part of a relay team in the Hyrox competition allows participants to share the challenge and excitement of the race with a team of four people, each completing a quarter of the race to push their limits and achieve a common goal.

A revolutionary sports competition, Hyrox welcomes both young and old athletes, as well as those with physical disabilities.
